Stevan Pasero concert! Where: Schaumburg Performing Arts Center, Chicago When: Oct. 29, 2011 Mr. Pasero will be performing a solo concert here. The PrairieCenter for the Performing Arts has become one of the premiere performance venues in the Chicago area, hosting critically acclaimed international touring acts. The intimate 442 seat theatre has exceptional sightlines and outstanding acoustics. With the furthest seat only 14 rows from the stage.

Twelve Shades of Night was written in 12 months, recorded in 12 weeks, mixed in 12 days, and was inspired by the 12 hours of night.
This new album of original compositions integrates Stevan's love of Brazilian, Spanish & American music along with bossa nova, rhumba, flamenco, classical and jazz styles. Stevan's new ensemble features the rhythmic cadences of Felix de Lola on cajon & palmas, the Latin syncopations of Colin Douglas on drums, and the lush string ensemble of the Musical Art Quintet featuring the brilliant string arranger and bassist Sascha Jacobsen.
